Shipping Policy

1    Orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri (working days only) are dispatched the same day and should be delivered no longer than 4 working days.
2    All costs shown for our products include VAT at 20%
3    Please ensure that all information you provide is correct as we cannot be held responsible for any failed or delayed delivery as a result of incorrect, incomplete or unclear address information.

We urge you to check this thoroughly as you checkout and also on the order confirmation email.
Note, once your order leaves us we're unable to change address information or redirect orders without incurring charges which you will need to cover.   

    Q: How does the 'Post & Packaging' work?  
    A: At SweetsULove, we only charge a single Post and Package rate of £3.95 and all order values over £50.00 are sent for free.  
    Please note that all orders (UK delivery only) over 1.25kgs will automatically be sent by courier.   

    Q: Do you deliver overseas?  
    A: Unfortunately at this moment in time we are unable to offer overseas postage for our goods.   

Standard UK Delivery  
Royal Mail orders will be sent either by regular Royal Mail post or by Royal Mail's Track & Trace Service. Orders sent by Royal Mail are usually delivered with your normal daily post   

UK Mail courier orders are delivered Monday-Friday up to 5.00pm. It's not possible to specify a time for delivery.

Unless you instruct us otherwise, orders are automatically authorised to be left with a neighbour if the recipient is out and unable to sign for the package (they will always try to deliver it directly first though). In this event, UK Mail will leave a card advising you where they have left your package. If you DO NOT want UK Mail to leave it with any neighbours or there is a safe place where you're happy for it to be left please tell us in the delivery instructions box when you check out so we can inform them
